Thank you so much!
Oh wow, that’s so strange. I love taking photos of cemeteries, but I never found anyone else who does until now. Really beautiful pictures.
I LOOOOVE cemeteries! Thank you so much, I loved taking them and editing them. They are probably my most favorites of all my pictures.
Hi There, Thanks for stopping by to check out my blog and the follow, hope you liked what you saw. Love your cemetery images Looking forward to seeing more from you, 🙂
Thank you so much for your likes and your comment on my cemetery pics. I think those have been my favorites this year. I want to go back and get more. Coincidentally when I was in Little Rock and took thise pics I didn’t have my camera and only had my samsung s3 phone and that is where the photos came from. They turned out pretty well from a phone camera I thought. I hope to see much more of your work as well.
Love your cemetery images, cemeteries are one of my favorite places and I love to photograph them too!
Thank you so much! I just love cemeteries too! Something very peaceful about them and quiet. A lot of people may think spirit resides at the cemetery, but I find this to be not so true most of the time.
I get asked if anything “weird” ever happens when I’m photographing cemeteries… Nothing ever has.
I feel at peace there.
I did once have an experience while photographing a convent… But that’s been all…
I’ve had more strange things happen at the grocery store in the middle of the day than at any cemetery! I so want to go back to this cemetery in Little Rock, AR as there are more awesome gravesites there that I didn’t get to photograph and a few of them WANT me to photograph them. I am going to have to go back soon, but it’s a few hours drive so gotta plan it out.
Too bad you don’t live close! I’d love to tag along!
My few strange experiences have been in my own homes, save for the convent experience.
Never been frightened, actually I miss him 😦
Where do you live?
Right across the river from Cincinnati in Covington KY
Yes we are a little far apart! I am in southwest arkansas.
Well if you ever make it to Cinci, we will go on a cemetery tour!
And likewise, if you ever have any reason to come to Arkansas! Lol. Most don’t, but you never know.
I must tell you, my dad was a photographer. He took a shot of an old church…somewhere here in NJ…it had a cemetery behind it…the most amazing thing showed up in the picture….there was a swirling mass around the steeple of the church. He had his own dark room and developed his own pics back in the days. It was amazing, but at same time it gave you the feeling that energy was swirling around and located right there. I gave the picture to an X-boyfriend who was studying photography, now I’m sorry I did. I wish I had it.
I love photography, but haven’t had much time lately to do anything photography related. I also love cemeteries. The weird thing this day was like every pic I took had this light shining down on it. I remember it being slightly rainy that day, but it almost looks like the sun was shining bright.
